A console picture, through HDMI capture

InfinitumView's current connection route is compatible HDMI/UVC capture. For a PlayStation setup, the video path starts at the console's HDMI output and passes through a compatible HDMI-to-UVC capture device to Apple Vision Pro Developer Strap. Keep your controller connected to the console.

This is a video-input route. The console, capture device, cable, power and video format must work together; we have not published a validated list covering every PS4 or PS5 setup. See the hardware guide before buying accessories for this purpose. Protected video cannot be captured.

PSN, PS Remote Play and cloud gaming

Direct PSN sign-in, PS Remote Play and PlayStation cloud gaming inside InfinitumView are planned / pending approval. They are not included in the current public app, and no release date is promised.

Sony's PS Remote Play streams from a PS4 or PS5 to the devices Sony lists as compatible. That provider support does not establish an InfinitumView integration. PlayStation cloud gaming is a separate service with its own eligibility, supported devices and subscription requirements.

Choose the route that matches your setup

For InfinitumView today, start with compatible capture hardware. For Sony's own Remote Play experience, use its official apps and setup instructions. Re-sharing another streaming app through Companion has not been qualified as a supported PlayStation connection.

Future direct integration depends on the required approvals, implementation and real-device validation. A website listing is not an endorsement or announcement of a platform partnership.
