Terms, licensing & ownership
Built with care.
Protected with clarity.
These terms govern use of this website and supplement the license terms that apply to InfinitumView and InfinitumView Companion. Effective September 12, 2026.
InfinitumView and InfinitumView Companion are licensed, not sold. Downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, testing, or using them does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, artwork, interface assets, documentation, website content, or other intellectual property.
1. Who provides the products
InfinitumView, InfinitumView Companion, this website, and related original materials are provided by Infinitum Imagery LLC, doing business as Infinitum LIVE Creator Network (“Infinitum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact name: @JrFTW.
2. Acceptance and applicable store terms
By accessing this website or using an Infinitum application, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented through the applicable store. Apple-platform applications are also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom agreement is presented. If these website terms conflict with mandatory store terms or applicable law, the mandatory terms control to the extent of that conflict.
3. Limited license—not ownership
Subject to these terms and the applicable store’s usage rules, Infinitum grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the application on devices you own or control for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Infinitum and its licensors.
4. Intellectual property and prohibited copying
The original source code, compiled software, written copy, documentation, visual assets, icons, illustrations, screenshots, audiovisual materials, selection and arrangement of content, and distinctive branding are owned by or licensed to Infinitum Imagery LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, contract, and other laws.
Except where expressly permitted in writing, by an applicable open-source license, by store usage rules, or by non-waivable law, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected Infinitum materials;
- modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or attempt to recreate protected source code, artwork, documentation, icons, screen designs, or branded presentation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical safeguards, or attempt to derive source code or non-public protocols;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, license, security, or proprietary notices;
- use Infinitum names, marks, icons, screenshots, or trade dress in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, origin, or ownership;
- use automated systems to overload, probe, disrupt, or extract protected content from the applications or website.
Nothing here claims ownership of ideas, facts, general methods, operating-system features, or third-party technology. The restrictions apply to Infinitum’s protected expression, confidential implementation, licensed materials, branding, contractual rights, and other legally protectable interests.
5. User-selected content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully control. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to view, capture, or transmit content selected through the applications. Infinitum does not grant permission to defeat digital-rights management, capture protected media, infringe copyright, violate another service’s terms, or access a device or content without authorization.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the products to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access; transmit malware; interfere with networks or devices; harass or harm others; misrepresent affiliation; or develop, test, or distribute a competing product through unauthorized access to protected Infinitum code, assets, or confidential behavior. Ordinary independent development and rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
7. Third-party platforms, marks, and services
Apple, Apple Vision Pro, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, NVIDIA, Steam, Android, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Meta Quest, Linux, Raspberry Pi, HDMI, and all other third-party names, marks, products, and services belong to their respective owners. They are referenced in plain text only to identify compatibility topics, source hardware, capture routes, independent testing, or future evaluation.
InfinitumView is an independent product. Unless a specific written announcement states otherwise, no reference means that InfinitumView or Infinitum Imagery LLC is authorized, certified, licensed, sponsored, approved, endorsed, or supported by a platform owner. We do not claim rights in third-party logos, trade dress, APIs, protocols, games, media, accounts, stores, or services. Compatibility does not transfer any third-party warranty, and a planned listing is not a partnership announcement.
Users remain subject to each provider’s current terms, licenses, regional availability, technical requirements, content rights, and account rules. A disclaimer cannot create permission to use a restricted API, protocol, logo, copyrighted work, or service. See the complete Third-Party Notices and Attributions.
8. Plans, subscriptions, and availability
Roadmap items, planned subscriptions, pricing concepts, compatibility targets, approvals, and release timing are informational and may change or be cancelled. They are not offers, warranties, or promises. A purchase or subscription exists only when an official store presents a completed product with its current price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund rules.
9. Affiliate links and endorsements
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Some links are paid affiliate links, and Infinitum may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Hardware references are informational; prices, availability, specifications, and compatibility can change. Verify the exact model and requirements before purchasing. Amazon does not sponsor or endorse InfinitumView.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains screen sharing, permissions, advertising, diagnostics, purchases, hosting, and contact options. It is incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, applications, documentation, compatibility information, roadmaps, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Infinitum disclaims warranties not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, compatibility, and error-free performance. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinitum Imagery LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, content, goodwill, or business opportunities; device, network, or hardware incompatibility; or third-party acts arising from use or inability to use the products. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services we control when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, prevent security threats, or address misuse. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate its conditions. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and dispute obligations survive termination where legally applicable.
14. Third-party and open-source licenses
Third-party and open-source components included with an application remain governed by their own copyright notices and license terms. Those licenses control to the extent they grant rights that differ from these terms. Infinitum does not remove or override rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as products and legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; when additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it.
